Refund Policy

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights as set out in the Client Information Notes issued to you at the start of the retainer.

Payments can only be accepted to pay an invoice you have received from us, or to pay money on account for our services using our online system. Payments can only be made up to a limit of £5,000 and must be in GB Sterling. They will take 3-5 working days to reach our account. Please make sure that you have your invoice to hand when making payment as this contains the information that is required for us to identify that the payment has come from you.

If you have used the wrong option when paying online we will process a refund on request once the original payment has cleared, and after we have deducted any costs paid by us to Worldpay and after taking into account any time, costs and disbursements incurred in relation to the matter. We will not accept any payments to be forwarded onto Third Parties, and a refund will be given if you make this type of payment, with deductions made as set out above. This could cause delay to your transaction.
