Kirsty qualified as a solicitor in 1992, following a degree in Law and Psychology. She has over 17 years experience in resolving disputes and provides a Civil and Family dispute resolution service for the firm. Kirsty is committed to constructive cost effective resolution of disputes and is a member of Resolution. She is thorough, taking the time to listen, understand the problem and the client's aims and objectives, obtain all the relevant information to enable the issues to be properly identified and to ensure that the most appropriate solution is found for the individual case.
Kirsty deals with all aspects of family law and family breakdown, including divorce, separation, financial and property resolution and children matters. She also covers a wide range of civil matters including property and building disputes, landlord and tenant, contractual and consumer disputes, professional negligence and contested wills trusts and probate.
Recent successes include the reported case of Markou and Other v Goodwin and Others (2013) All ER (D)329(Nov), a High Court Chancery Division case concerning validity of a will.
